I don't want to hear about the number of pounds you've lost this month or how many you gained last week. I don't want to know the exact number of calories or carbs or Weight Watchers points in the pizza I'm sharing with you. I don't want to know your current weight or your goal weight or your starting weight. I don't care if you've eliminated fruit or dairy or soy from your diet. Just don't tell me about it. How hard is this to understand?
